Troubleshooting

If you're experiencing issues with your QuietNet setup on iOS or macOS:

Profile Won't Install

  • Make sure you're using the latest iOS or macOS version
  • Check if you have restrictions enabled (Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions)
  • Try downloading the profile again

No Internet Connection

  • Temporarily disable QuietNet DNS to see if that resolves the issue
  • If it works without QuietNet, contact support with details about your setup

Ads Still Appearing

  • Some ads may be served from the same domain as the site content
  • Check your blocking statistics to verify QuietNet is working
  • Premium users can add specific domains to their blocklist
